DEAR DIARY(((:

Today I have work at Macdonald i start work at 6am to 12pm , Early in the morning there no customer so around 9am like that there alot of mds order come and i was doing MDS lol because of Sharon never come of her leg is pain , While i am doing MDS i was fine doing alot but when there alot of people irrirate me i become more nervous and make more stupid mistake , i thought if there alot of orders and people can not handle they should STOP ORDER rite but NO , Early in the morning it was ok lah , but when there alot of order and starting there no missing ITEM but around 10plus it start to have missing item and one time got KITCHEN wrong that is Breakfast cover they put inside HOTCAKE lucky that was not me , I can not count how many i wrong lah but i think no more then 10missing item , i am nearly cry .

Until that they i remeber this incident that i chase two RIDER bout the product , One is Raul order lucky he have not go yet i was confused with his order and i atlast the first order is correct the manager make me nervous and lost control, until raul come back by saying the second order wrong . but lucky no complain frm the customer , One more thing i am very ANGRY with the CALL CENTRE that they are so STUPID they should stop taking breakfast around 11am rite but when i got 3 Lunch order there one more Breakfast i am so angry until the kitchen no more breakfast already . If i become the SHIFT MANAGER i already scold them
(CALL CENTRE) , and there 4 breakfast have to send around 11.50am so late rite , and until the people that i givethe order make me irrirate , i feel like scold them , One of them say FASTER and my heart say "IF U WANT TO FASTER COME INSIDE AND DO LAH STUPID "

The other rider i chase is during the Lunch order i send to the rider , Jayson the manager have pack for me the product and i juz double check when the rider went off aldy to his bike , i saw at the kitchen got one MEGA MAC and jayson say the order got one MEGA MAC & MEGA SPICY and i told him that it is correct i pack and i double check and he ask me to chase the rider and i can not remember who is the rider when i went out it is Rockstar so i ask him to wait lucky and i was ANGRY when i check inside his bag got ONE MEGA MAC AND MEGA SPICY it is correct i was so fed up , don't know how to believe me !! i chase him until his bike and he never stand out i juz have to open his bag and check and many people looking but NVM it have to be like that !!!,
I can not go home at 12pm , have to wait for who i don't know , i juz not happy that day , but atleast one of the rider help me with the condiments pack , not like other riders like to talk much and keep laughing .

On saturday i was working at 6am -12pm too, and the whole day too i doing MDS and the order is same as Sunday but the manager NICK stop order because DOWN RIDERS , we only have three riders (i 4get who) and Penny call Amin the riders manager and say no riders , suppose to have five two person nv come i don't who lah(Actually i know but NVM) That why they stop order that way i can handle , and i do MDS on Saturday have a reason also that Zulaiha never come because MC i have to do MDS lol ..

Is been TWO days my lucky and unlucky day to MDS , why i say lucky because it is good lah , the unlucky is on Sunday some many mouth of rider suntil i kena scold , i thought i will do MDS for weekends aldy can not handle only professional MDS people can do lah like Sharon ,Mandy and Zulaiha . But is juz my luck that two days because two people sick so no choice lol !!! But doing MDS manager alwayz like to stress people who do MDS so headache and also riders .. But so far i doing MDS it is fun KNOWING each rider , they make people laugh and joke especially during weekdays the riders make me laugh , i jzu giving the fact only rite ..........
